A non-threaded closure, more commonly referred to as a snap closure, snap lid or snap cap, is specifically designed for certain markets like Animal care, Sports nutrition and Food. The snap closures are one of the most convenient forms of closure for a wide variety of product categories.
Snap closures do not contain an inliner – instead, you open the closure to take off the security ring and once you opened it, the closure stays on the jar. As a result, you are able to open and close the jar without losing the closure itself. These closures are particularly useful for contract manufacturers who are not able to work with the induction heat seal. They are the perfect solution where convenience is important, as they are quick to open and close.
Our snap closures can be used in combination with our Cylindrical and Round PET jars with a 102SNAP neck finish.
