Responsibilities in Sales Support
- Supporting our national and international customers via phone and email
- Processing, managing and tracking customer orders
- Coordinating delivery schedules with internal departments
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintaining and updating customer and order data in our ERP system
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service and order management processes
Expertise & Qualities
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support or order processing is an advantage
- Additional language skills (e.g. Spanish, French or Italian) are a plus
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Structured and self-reliant way of working
- Team player with a solution-oriented approach
