Tasks & responsibilities as a Shift Forman
- Lead and manage your team, both professionally and disciplinarily
- Prepare and oversee work execution
- Monitor the production process and resolve any issues
- Ensure product quality standards are met
- Optimize equipment availability and productivity
- Track material and tool usage
- Reduce production waste
Expertise & Qualities
- Completed technical training – ideally as a process mechanic
- Experience in leading a team
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Strong attention to quality
- Flexible, highly motivated, and dedicated
- Strong communicator, team player, and able to work under pressure
